Working with Customers Long Distance
"Is there anyone who works with customers on a "long-distance" basis? I've seen some very successful contractors share their CAD designs using a Webex online type of application so that the long distance customer can view plans/and or specifications via computer.
Done properly, you can really dazzle your customer with your technical expertise. Does anyone else do this, or had success using an online meeting format to share information long distance?�
